Two-Phase Makeup Remover removes even water resistant makeup. The first phase (blue) contains gentle components which dissolve immediately after application for the smooth removal of makeup residue. The second phase (clear) is water based and enriched with essential minerals and skin relaxant agents. The two phases combined together create a highly effective and efficient facial make up remover. Easily removing lasting, high quality makeup products. Contains Provitamin B5 helping the skin retain moisture and Vitamin E which protects the skin. The completed cleaning action leaves a gentle, fresh scent on face. Suitable for sensitive skin.
Instructions for use: Mix the bottle before use to obtain a uniform liquid. Apply onto a cotton pad and gently clean face.
